Data Deletion Policy

You are always in control of your data. You can disconnect your YouTube channel, delete your account, or request that we remove your personal data entirely. This page describes each option and what to expect.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may hold:

• Account details — your name, email, and hashed password.
• Connected channel data — read-only YouTube analytics and metadata cached to display your insights.
• AI-generated content — ideas, suggestions, and insights generated for you by our AI features.
• Subscription records — transaction and invoice history from Razorpay.
• Usage and support data — logs and messages related to your use of the Service.

You can disconnect your channel at any time from within the app (Settings), which stops us from accessing new YouTube data. You can also revoke Vyiral’s access directly through your Google account permissions. Once disconnected, we remove cached YouTube data associated with that channel.

To delete your account and associated personal data, go to Settings within the app and choose the delete account option, if available, or contact us using the request method below. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes your access to the Service.

If you prefer, you can request deletion by email. Send a message to privacy@vyiral.com from your registered email address and include:

• Your account email and registered name.
• A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted.

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account. We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days.

• Your account is deactivated and you lose access to the Service.
• Your personal data and cached YouTube data are removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.
• Any active subscription is cancelled and will not renew.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction and invoice records needed for tax and accounting, or records needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Retained data is kept only for as long as necessary.

Vyiral accesses YouTube data only with read-only permissions and only to display insights to you. When you disconnect your channel or delete your account, we delete the YouTube data we cached. You can also revoke our access at any time through your Google security settings. Our handling of YouTube data follows the Google Privacy Policy.

Ideas, coaching, SEO suggestions, and keyword insights generated by our AI features are stored with your account and are removed when you delete them or delete your account. To generate these outputs we send the content you submit to our AI provider, OpenAI. Content submitted through OpenAI’s API is not used to train its models and is handled under the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
