Cookie & Data Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This Cookie & Data Policy explains how Vyiral (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies when you use our platform at vyiral.com (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Introduction
We keep our use of browser storage minimal and privacy-friendly. We do not use cookies or local storage for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. This policy describes what we store, why, and how you can control it.
2. What Are Cookies & Local Storage
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Local storage is a similar mechanism that lets a website save data in your browser between visits. Both allow the Service to remember information such as whether you are signed in.
3. How We Use Them
We use cookies and local storage to:
- Keep you signed in and maintain a secure session.
- Remember preferences such as your selected language and dismissed notifications.
- Protect against fraud and keep the Service secure.
- Understand and improve how the Service performs.
4. Types of Storage We Use
- Essential — required for authentication, session management, and core functionality. The Service cannot work properly without these.
- Preference — remember your settings, such as language and interface choices, to personalize your experience.
- Authentication token — a token stored in your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in securely across visits.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies that build a profile of you across other websites.
5. Third-Party Cookies
When you connect your channel via Google sign-in or complete a payment, Google and Razorpay may set their own cookies as part of their services. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies:
- Google cookie policy — for Google sign-in and YouTube connections.
- Razorpay Privacy Policy — for cookies set during checkout and payment.
We do not control these third-party cookies. Our AI provider (OpenAI) is used server-side only and does not set cookies in your browser through Vyiral.
6. Managing Your Preferences
You can control and delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove stored data, though blocking essential storage may sign you out and prevent parts of the Service from working. Clearing local storage will reset preferences and end your session.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, we do not currently alter our behavior based on them. However, we already avoid cross-site tracking regardless of your setting.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie & Data Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
