These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://vyiral.com and the related products, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Vyiral.
Vyiral is a brand operated by Mahesh Shardul, trading as TrioLogic HUB, an individual / sole proprietorship with its registered address at Flat-504, T17, Jannadhar Shubha-II, Attibele, Bangalore – 562107, Karnataka, India (“Vyiral”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Your account
- You must create an account to access certain features. We currently offer account creation and sign-in through Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated.
- Notify us immediately at support@vyiral.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our prior written consent.
3. The Services and AI features
- Vyiral provides software tools, including features powered by third-party artificial intelligence providers (currently OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini).
- When you use an AI feature, your prompts and submitted content are sent to one or more AI providers solely to generate the requested output, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Vyiral does not train its own AI models using your content. Prompts and uploaded content are processed by third-party AI providers only as necessary to provide the requested AI features.
- We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that sexualises or endangers minors;
- create or distribute malware, spam, phishing, or other harmful or deceptive material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy the Services except as permitted by law;
- interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or circumvent any usage limits or security measures;
- use the Services to generate content that impersonates others or spreads misinformation in a harmful or unlawful manner; or
- resell or commercially exploit the Services without our authorisation.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your access, for any violation of this section.
5. User Content
- “User Content” means the prompts, text, images, files, and other materials you submit to or generate through the Services.
- You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate and provide the Services to you, including transmitting it to third-party AI providers to generate requested outputs.
- You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.
- You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on or using it.
6. Intellectual property
- The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the “Vyiral” name and branding, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, we grant you no rights in our intellectual property.
- You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
7. AI output disclaimer
- AI-generated outputs are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes.
- Outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).
- The same or similar outputs may be generated for other users; we make no representation that outputs are unique.
- You use AI features and rely on their outputs at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring any use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
8. Payments, subscriptions, and billing
- Certain features of the Services are offered on a paid basis. Pricing and plan details are presented at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms in addition to these Terms.
- For subscriptions, you authorise us (through Razorpay) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- All fees are stated inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- We may change our pricing prospectively. Changes will not affect the current billing period already paid for.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on and integrate with third-party services, including Google (authentication), Razorpay (payments), and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third parties.
10. Disclaimers
- The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
- We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Vyiral, its operator, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vyiral, its operator, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
13. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 15, you agree that the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement.These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
