Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions made through Vyiral at https://vyiral.com, operated by Mahesh Shardul, trading as TrioLogic HUB (“Vyiral”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

All payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay.

1. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans may be offered on a recurring (e.g., monthly or annual) subscription basis.
  • By subscribing, you authorise us, through Razorpay, to charge the applicable fees automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@vyiral.com.
  • When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current or past billing periods, except as set out in Section 3.

3. Refunds

Because the Services include digital products and AI features that are delivered and consumed immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount.
  • Failed delivery / technical failure. If a paid feature was not delivered due to a verified technical fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Statutory rights. Where applicable law grants you a non-waivable right to a refund, we will honour it.

Refunds are made at our reasonable discretion based on the circumstances and applicable law.

4. What is not eligible for a refund

Unless required by law, refunds will generally not be granted for:

  • a change of mind after purchase;
  • failure to use the Services or features during the subscription period;
  • partial use of a billing period after cancellation;
  • dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (which may be inaccurate or unsuitable, as described in our Terms), absent a verified technical failure on our side;
  • violations of our Terms of Service that result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@vyiral.com with:

  • the email address associated with your account,
  • the Razorpay transaction ID or payment reference,
  • the date and amount of the charge, and
  • a description of the issue.

Please submit refund requests within 7 days of the charge to help us investigate promptly.

6. Refund processing and timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
  • Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional business days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
